Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across all major cities in India. To confirm serviceability to your area, please check your PIN code during checkout.

⚠️ We do not currently offer the option to split a single order across multiple delivery addresses. To ship to different destinations, please place separate orders.

2. Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: FREE for all domestic orders.
  • Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • ID Proof Requirement:
    For high-value shipments, our delivery partners may request a valid government-issued photo ID from the recipient or person accepting the package on their behalf. This ensures safe delivery and prevents fraud.

🛑 If the package appears tampered with or damaged, you may choose to reject it at the time of delivery.

3. Packaging

All jewelry goes through multiple quality checks before shipping. Your items are securely packed in plastic zip-lock pouches and delivered in our signature The Glam Pouch Fashion Jewellery Box, designed for a perfect unboxing experience.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
You can also track your order by clicking the "Track Order" option on our website.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery:
    Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India from the date of order confirmation.
    Delays caused by public holidays, natural calamities, or government restrictions may affect delivery timelines.
  • Express Delivery:
    Available in select cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore) and for select products.
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Next-day delivery (NDD)
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Delivery within 2 business days
    • Express delivery is unavailable on Sundays and public holidays.

📦 Exact delivery date will be shared at checkout when you select Express Delivery.

6. Accepted ID Proofs for Delivery

For successful delivery of high-value orders, the recipient may be required to show any one of the following:

  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Aadhaar Card (Postal ID)

Hi, I’m Komal Bansal, the founder of The Glam Pouch.

I started The Glam Pouch in 2025 because I always felt that jewellery was either too expensive to wear every day or too ordinary to feel special. I wanted something in between — pieces that look and feel premium, are made with care, and can be worn every single day without a second thought.

Every design on our website is something I would happily wear myself. From choosing the colours of a resin bangle to checking the finish of a pair of jhumkas, I’m personally involved in bringing each collection to life — and in making sure it reaches you in a box you’ll love opening.

The Glam Pouch was born in 2024 in the heart of New Delhi with a simple belief: beautiful jewellery shouldn’t be saved only for special days. It should be part of your everyday — your office look, your coffee dates, your festive nights and every little celebration in between.
