Return & Exchange Policy

At The Glam Pouch, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our handcrafted fashion jewellery. However, all purchases are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. We kindly ask you to make your selections carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Items eligible for exchange must be:
    • Damaged upon receipt
    • Incorrect as per your order

Condition

  • An uncut unboxing video and two clear photographs of the package must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, your replacement will be promptly shipped.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, uniformity, or finish are not considered defects, as all our products are handcrafted.
  • No exchanges or refunds are offered in such cases.
  • Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable.

Non-Acceptance of Prepaid Orders

  • In case of order refusal or non-acceptance upon delivery, ₹250 will be deducted towards forward and reverse shipping costs.
  • The remaining amount will be issued as a refund coupon via email (no bank transfers or original source refunds).

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch or shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Festival offer products are not eligible for cancellation.
  • If cancelled after payment:
    • A 2% processing fee will be deducted
    • If already shipped, both-side shipping charges will also be deducted
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after we receive the returned goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during a sale
