Yes, we do! All orders can be beautifully gift-wrapped at no extra cost.

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, with an uncut unboxing video and photos submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Sale and customized items are non-returnable
  • Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit coupon codes

  • Avoid chemicals like perfume, hairspray, or chlorine
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear
  • Clean occasionally with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly
  • Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box

Some materials (like crystals) require special care. Always follow the care tips provided with your purchase.

Ordering & Account Questions

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click on the order to view its current status:
  • Processing → Preparing your order
  • Shipped → On its way
  • Out for Delivery → With the courier
  • Delivered → It’s reached you!

If available, use the tracking number to follow the shipment on the courier's website.

  • Before Dispatch: Yes, you can cancel via your account or by contacting us
  • After Dispatch: Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible
  • Festival Offers: Cannot be cancelled
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 days, minus any shipping or payment gateway charges

At checkout, enter your discount code (e.g., GLAMPOUCH500) in the field labeled “Apply Discount.”
Click Apply and your total will be updated instantly.
